As we age, we may wish to re-assess our core values and priorities and honor the transitions we are experiencing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through text study, discussion, and experiential exercises, we’ll explore our life’s purpose and passions, discern next steps for work and personal life, and identify the many possibilities that this stage of life may offer. Our primary text, Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, and Spirit by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal, provides a road map for the journey, along with the supplemental materials created by Rabbi Pamela Wax, who will be facilitating the sessions. This will be a hybrid course; you may participate either in person at Knesset Israel or by Zoom.
