A labyrinth is an ancient spiritual tool designed to foster contemplation and spiritual transformation. After a short introduction to the history of labyrinths and their Jewish connection, we will walk the labyrinth at Kripalu as a meditation to prepare our hearts and minds for the Jewish New Year.
