This three session class is a great way to explore shabbat practice, and to gain tools to deepen your shabbat experience. We will cover the How(s) and Why(s) of Shabbat. Together we will learn/refresh how to do the shabbat table blessings (candles, kiddush, etc) and what they mean. We will look into where the different customs and traditions around shabbat originated, and so much more! This is a Judgment-free class, come with your questions. Classes will meet in the KI library, with a zoom option. This class is great for people who consider themselves beginners, or who would like a refresher- all are welcome! Class meets Feb 14th, Feb 28th and March 6th.
