What exactly do we celebrate on Shavuot? What do the 10 Commandments have to do with ice cream? And why does a 70º day in mid-May feel so delightfully warm?* On Sunday May 18 we intend to find out. The Families Together group will gather from 4-5:30 in the K.I. backyard for some ice cream, some learning, and some cooperative kinds of lawn games. These Families Together events are a great chance for families of school-aged kids (TAA and KI!) to meet new and old friends and debate the merits of different ice cream flavors. We hope to see you there! *In the event of bad weather, we will discuss and eat ice cream and play in the social hall.
