Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice for building character, one middah (or virtue) at a time. 

This first session on January 12 is an introduction to Mussar history, literature, and practice, open both to those curious about what Mussar is and for those who already have a background in Mussar study and practice. This first session is free for all with no commitment to join the monthly sessions that begin on February 9. The January 12th session is, however, a pre-requisite for joining the ongoing class, for which you need to register separately.
